Where space is an issue, and you need to pack great insulating capacity into a small place, EPS can be custom cut to your desired requirements.  Home insulation foam, rigid panels, such as EPS or ‘beadboard,’ can be utilized against footings and exterior foundation walls, inside unfinished interior walls as panels or custom cut to fit inside walls and secured places.

EPS molded foam packaging provides a no-mess, secure fit. Its firm, unyielding structure will prevent unsafe shifting during product shipment. Offering minimal compressibility, EPS foam packaging can withstand repeated handling and meets the high standard of durability!

EPS foam packaging is also highly resistant to heat flow. Products that tend to be temperature sensitive, such as pharmaceuticals, perishable products and electronic components are best packaged utilizing the EPS insulation process. Keeping product weight in check and under control is always a concern.  Expanded polystyrene’s lightweight characteristics and cushioning properties lend itself well to the most delicate items.  For critical applications, EPS is treated for additional anti-static protection.
